This is a combination of strategy and mindset/ life coaching support through seasons of change.
The structure of this offer is set deliverables where you get calls, unlimited voxer support, and work feedback on the projects you are working on

For business owners with a team who are tired of being the bottleneck and want to build a team that executes, thinks independently, and grows without constant oversight. They are ready to stop carrying the business alone and start leading a team that can actually support the vision
The structure of the offer is 2x a month call- one with the founder to work on leadership, and one with team members and founder to help create goals and set performance goals. You also get Marra in team communication channel and access to asking questions about the team when they arise.

This offer is to serve as mentorship during the "in-between of growth, and maintaining recent growth". You aren't necessarily creating something new, you don't need community support, but you still want accountability and access to a mentor.
The structure of this offer is calls where the business owner decides what it is they need. One call a month? Two? Voxer support? We create your package based off your needs.

This offer is for those in the corporate and executive space who have contractors and employees going through seasons of change within their job and looking to give them support as they develop their confidence, decision making skills, and leadership. In turn, this increases team culture, increases performance, and overall, brings less stress on the leaders of the firm.
The structure of this offer is customized to each company's needs. I meet with team members 2x a month and work through leadership goals to help them develop their skills.
Contract is 12 months with a firm with customization of employees/ contractors served.

This offer is to serve as a confidence and life coaching for business owners as they transition into their next level leader. In here we talk about the changes you are implementing in business, the fears that are coming up, and overcome them so you can push forward with what it is you are working towards
The structure of this offer is calls where the business owner decides if 1 call per month or 2 calls per month is best for them. The rate for each call is 200 and the contract is made based on their needs
